I need help to restore a Medion MT6 MT198

partition E/ recover empty
no restoration CD
Windows XP Home Edition
HELP ME PLEASE !!!
I’m tearing my hair out!
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

    The factory restore is initiated by pressing the F11 key.
    To do this, restart the computer and press the F11 key when the message "Press F11 to run Recovery" appears in the upper left corner of the screen.
    "Windows is loading files" should then appear.

    Now, if the partition is empty, you will need to obtain an XP CD and download the drivers from the Medion website.
