How to convince my mom to go to summer camp

Hello,
So here it is, I’m 13 years old, and I would really like to go to camp next year. I’ve already tried to convince my mom for this year; I’ve been trying since September 2010, but in vain. This year I had a really boring vacation. I was pretty much stuck inside the whole time and just on the computer, even though I went away for a few weeks with my parents and it was a disaster, while on Facebook I'm looking at pictures of my friends who went to camp and had a great time. Meanwhile, some others are being sent to camp by their parents. (You see, I feel cursed.) Sure, I know there are worse things in life, but still. I’m young and I need to meet other people and not go to the same places every year. I also know that some kids haven't had the chance to see the sea, etc., but for me, it's not a money issue. Maybe you think I’m a spoiled girl but that’s not true :$$$! So how could I convince her, please? Thank you all.
Ps: Sorry if I made some spelling mistakes. (I know some people don't like Kikoulolilol.)

Hi, I think your mother loves you so much that she doesn’t want to be without you.

Ask her if that’s the case, and if so, tell her that there are people who take care of you and pay attention to you (after all, that's their job).

Otherwise, have you ever traveled to another country with your class??

If yes, tell her it’s the same except that you don’t know the people you will be with.

There you go, hoping to have helped you.

I've always had exemplary report cards (16/17 average, in 5th grade, and I was accepted into the European class, out of 155 students they only took 25 and I’m one of them :/).
I am especially very good at English; I even proposed going to London (at a reasonable price) & they offer 15 hours of English classes a week there. She still doesn't want to go... I'm suffocating from it all.. But thanks anyway.

Well, I can advise you to do some babysitting for example, and you can pay for your own vacation...

Or try to find out the exact reason, or you could also try going with a friend if that might reassure her.

The problem isn't the money, I myself had a fairly large inheritance, from which I get interest every year for almost 5 years, and according to the figures I have enough for plenty of camps (: And the judge who manages my accounts agrees to reimburse my parents with the interest from this account. And money is not a problem at all. & I thought about it (for a friend) but it's still a no. Thank you for your responses nevertheless (: .

      I understood that money wasn't a problem...
But I'm telling you to show your mother that you're doing well in school, that you're grown up and ready to work, and that with your hard work, you can afford your own vacation with your own money.

Try to ask her the reason?

      Oh okay (: .
My mother really has a big lack of confidence in me and others, she is always afraid of the risks that may be involved. But I proved to her that risks are everywhere, even at school; in my school, there have already been knife attacks and that didn't terrify her that much. Maybe she's afraid that I'll do some stupid things not suitable for my age, etc. But the number of times I had the opportunity (and the desire) to do some big mess-ups, I held back because I don't like it. I'm not a goody-two-shoes, but I'm not a screw-up who only does stupid things. I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't do drugs, I'm a girl who is in the middle ground, meaning that at school I'm not THE brainiac, but I fight to get good grades, I’m always first or fourth in my class, I've only had a handful of notes this year and the worst was because I shouted "DAMN" in the middle of class; otherwise, they were for chatting and chewing gum in class -- , my boyfriend respects me, my mom knows him, she knows his parents, he and I are serious, I've never done anything with him, except for kissing -_-' But well, she knows that and it's age-appropriate, I tell my mom everything, she knows that I always keep my promises. So I really don't understand.

Like what? I'm not the type to snub her. I'm a bit of a spoiled teenager, but I respect her, and when she sets boundaries, I respect those too.

it's useless to do the milk licks because when she tells you no, it will be even more no...
