Hello,

I have an HP PHOTOSMART C4480 all-in-one printer, and for several months now it has not been able to print colors. Whether it's text or photos, it converts green to blue, for example, and the photo prints are all "striped."
What advice do you give me to solve this problem?
HP cartridges inserted, heads cleaned, alignment done

    Uninstall all the drivers, software and reinstall everything, then try a small print and keep us updated. Personally, yesterday my mom had problems with her HP Photosmart 2575, it didn't want to print anymore, I uninstalled everything, reinstalled it and it worked like magic :x

    Oh yes, I did that last week too and it didn't do anything more at my place.
