Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my Alcatel-Lucent IP Touch 4018 VoIP business phone.
It shows "no tftp response" at startup and I don't have any dial tone.
I don't know anything about VoIP phones and their settings for a business phone.
I managed to access the settings by pressing the 'i' and the pound key, and I have a menu that starts from 0-Mac Address to 8-SIP Download.
The technicians set it up and it used to work, but I think the user might have changed the settings.
I have another identical phone, but when I go into settings using the down arrow, I also have a menu but it's in French and it's not the same menu at all.. (for example: settings then options then IP parameters)
What should I do?

I found the correct menu, identical to the phone that was giving me trouble, by rebooting with * and during the reboot process, pressing i plus pound, and then I accessed the same menu in English with the settings!
I then restored everything to the same, except for the phone's IP address, of course.
It was the router's address that was incorrect!
To save the settings, press pound right after making the change.
