Alcatel OneTouch: Forgotten password

Hello,
So, I actually have an Alcatel OneTouch, and this morning I changed the password (PIN, because too many people knew my pattern). I remembered it very well. Until 3 hours later, when I wanted to unlock it. I couldn't remember my password anymore. The Google option is not available. So I can't unlock it using my Google account... I really want to avoid a factory reset... do you have a solution for me, please?

    Hello:

    First, I suggest you restart the phone or completely lock it if the option doesn't appear (try all possible tests). Look closely at the bottom right.
