Command Prompt Disabled - Windows 7

Question

Hello, I am explaining my problem. For quite some time now, I have had an issue with my command prompt. When I launch cmd.exe or any .bat file, the window says "The command prompt is disabled by your administrator Press any key to continue..." However, I did not disable it. My task manager is also disabled even though I did not disable it.  Thank you in advance for your response regarding the command prompt or task manager.  Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.1

Hello.  Have you tried launching the command prompt by going to: Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt?  Before launching it, right-click on it, then select Run as administrator.  A window will then open, and you click ok. You shouldn't have any problems anymore, normally.

You go to Run, you enter: gpedit.msc  and you confirm all.  A window will open.  Then you execute this:  On the left side of this window, you look for the folder User Configuration and double-click on it. Then Administrative Templates and double-click on it. Then System and double-click on it. And there, in the main part of the window, you search for Disable command prompt access: Right-click, modify.

When I type gpedit.msc in Run, it tells me "Windows cannot find 'gpedit.msc'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again."

Hello You need to be an administrator of the PC to launch the command prompt and perform scans.  In Run, type CMD.  Who likes instruction! Finds the knowledge that comes from reflection! PS. Frequently create a restore point! It solves quite a few problems.

Is your control panel a dropdown menu or a new window that opens when you click on it?  Are you the owner of the machine? Are there other accounts on this machine besides yours?

Go to Control Panel and User Accounts. Click on Change your account type and see if you are an Administrator. Now you might have some malware on your PC that is causing this issue with your Command Prompt and Task Manager. But you may also have corrupted or missing files on your system, and then you need to reinstall Windows to restore all the files.  Also try this in Start > Search Programs and Files type sfc /scannow and see if you have an error report. Leave a space between the c and /.   Who loves instruction! Find the knowledge that comes from reflection! PS. Create restore points often! It solves a lot of problems.
