Réinitialiser Epson DX4450

Hello,

I am looking for a program to reset the counter on my DX4450 printer.

SSC utility is not compatible with mine. Thank you!!

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.0.6

    Hello,

    I have the same printer and the same problem that I think I have solved. The reset program for the CX 4300 printer works with the DX 4400/4450. I downloaded a program called scx 430055005505 that I think I found thanks to Toto 2000 on the website "comment ça marche". You type "epson stylus CX 6600 not working anymore" and it's on page 2, dated 09/23/09.

    In relation to his message, here’s what I did once I downloaded and unzipped the program.

    Printer on, open the program and from a list, choose "SERVICE FT (application)". In maintenance, choose WASTE ink pad counter and click on initialization to reset the counter to zero. Then turn off the printer and turn it back on. Read allows you to display the remaining number of dots, just to see. Unlike Toto 2000's message, I did not see "particular adjustment mode" and did not have to enter the printer model which appeared on its own.

    I just printed a page and I no longer have the message "items at end of life".

      Hello Kristy, I have a problem with my Epson DX4450 printer. I changed the ink cartridges and the red light stays on; it tells me that the black ink is empty, even though the cartridges are new and compatible with my printer. Thank you for your response, charly27.
