Vérifier si mon pc est débarrassé d'un virus Résolu/Fermé

Bonjour à tous, amis de la technologie ! 

IL y a quelques jours j'ai posté un message concernant un souci de "virus" qui s'est en partie résolu lui-même, sans que je comprenne bien comment !
Mais je trouve cela un peu louche et voulait connaître votre avis et savoir si vous pouviez m'expliquer comment m'assurer  que le problème ait réellement disparu !

Alors voilà, après avoir téléchargé le logiciel "samplitude 17" en version Keygens, l'ordinateur a commencé à s'emballer un peu ! Tout d'abord un antivirus nomme "personal shield pro" m'annonçait 33 infections... (un membre du forum m'a expliqué qu'il s'agissait d'un faux antivirus... d'un "roggue" plus exactement). Ensuite s'est installé un toolbar, nommé NCH.
A partir de là j'ai commencé à recevoir quelques publicités intempestives (juste avant que l'ordinateur cesse de fonctionner).

Il m'était impossible d'accéder à mes documents et logiciels (et donc impossible de faire un scan avec mon actuel antivirus "avira". En redémarrant l'ordinateur et y en accédant par un autre moyen que le mode normal (je n'ai pas cliqué sur le mode sans echec, mais une autre alternative dont je ne me souviens plus le nom...) j'ai pu accéder à mon bureau et faire un scan avec Avira et Malware Bytes... Avira a detecté un virus que j'ai supprimé.

A présent l'ordinateur semble fonctionner, mais une page wave.pad avec le logo du NCH s'est ouverte, alors que je pensais l'avoir supprimé !!

Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'indiqué de quelle manière puis-je m'assurer que je n'ai plus d'infections dans le pc ? Et quelle est la procédure ?!!

A télécharger n'importe quoi, on pourrit son PC.

il faut fairre attention à ce que vous téléchargé.  
il y a un problème entre la chaise et le clavier.  

c'est pour cela que c'est arrivé.

héhéhé ! Et oui, l'avantage de faire des erreurs c'est de pouvoir apprendre en même temps ! Merci pour les infos malekal, je refais un scan avec l'anti malware et suis les indications que tu viens de me donner et les poste une fois exécutés !

le rapport OTL vient de se terminer, il a detecté 4 virus que j'ai supprimé...

Relance OTL.   
o sous Personnalisation, copie_colle le contenu du cadre ci dessous et clic Correction, un rapport apparraitra suite à l'operation que tu conserveras sur clé usb par exemple afin d'en coller le resultat:

Sur Firefox, en haut à droite, sur la barre de recherche clic sur le logo avant et gérer les moteurs de recherches, supprime ceux qui sont pourris et mets Google ou Yahoo comme moteur de recherche par défaut.

Absolument à faire.     

Les antivirus ne font pas tout en ce qui concerne la sécurité de ta machine (mettre à jour ses logiciels etc etc) 
La meilleur protection reste de connaître les infections pour pouvoir les éviter et avoir de bonne habitude. 
Donc faut se documenter.
