Hello, when I make a call or if someone calls me, I can't hear my interlocutor but they can hear me. I have to activate the speaker to hear them. If someone can help me, thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

I absolutely had to put on the headphones for anyone to hear me...
