Change server for Nokia 7230 connection

Hello,

I was given a Nokia 7230 previously from ORANGE. It has been unlocked. It's fine for communications, but my server is FREE and I can't connect to the internet even though I have a plan for 2 hours with 50 GB.. nor can I send and receive MMS
does anyone know how to help me? Thank you very much in advance
