Hello,
So for the past few weeks, my printer has not been printing. It's properly plugged in (to the outlet and to the back of the computer), it's on, the ink is new, and there are sheets. But my computer doesn't recognize it.
However, in the control panel under printers and faxes, it says "Ready", so it's correctly connected.
But when I try to print something, I see the name of my printer and below it says "Status: Inactive", so that's why it doesn't work, but how do I make it active?
I should mention that it's a CANON MP250 SERIES PRINTER.
