Orion TV extraction issue

Hello, when I want to watch TV on my Orion television, a brief moment happens and then the screen shows on a black background: "extracting..." and then on a blue background: "No audio or video" -> after a long time of reflection, searching for channels, and resetting the TV, this message persists, so I cannot watch television.
I specify that some channels work, most often the analog channels, but no TNT channels are working. If anyone has had the same problem, I would kindly ask you to help me out of this ****, thank you, see you soon ;)
