Probleme css html sur mon forum

Bonjour,
J'ai un problème le voici :
Je suis novice en prommation je suis capable de lire le CSS et le Html mais , j'ai créer une page web pour mon site créer sur forumactif et quand je mets mon code qui est :

Mon code CSS introduit sur mon fichier html

Alors se qui est suposer d'apparaitre :

et voila quand je le met sur mon forum (se qui apparait) :

J'aimerais que vous me disiez ce qui ne fonctionne pas

Le code HTML posté ici n'est pas valide :

devrait être :

Il manque les guillemets pour l'URL du lien
Ensuite, d'après ton code, ton fichier css est dans le même dossier que ton fichier HTML et il s'appel Essai3.css si ce n'est pas le cas il est normal que le style de la page ne soit pas pris en compte.
