My problem is as follows: I have Office 2003 but the CD is in English. After installation, I launch my applications and everything is in English, and I can't switch to French! What can I do?
Configuration: Toshiba Satellite M30 laptop with Windows XP and 512 MB of RAM.

I've just found the solution!!! Phew.........
You need to search for "Office 2003 Multilingual User Interface Pack (MUI)," that's the only solution!!!
I found it on a piracy site. After that, you should install the MUI.MSI file of the language of your choice (For me, it was "French") and that's it!!!
Good luck :)

To change the language of Windows, you need to find a .MUI file, install it, and then change the language in the control panel.
To find a .MUI file, do a Google search.

Thank you for your quick response! However, I would like to point out that we are all pirates: this is to my defense.
And thanks for the sites; I think I'm going to use them.
So my problem is resolved!

Well, here it is,
I bought Microsoft Office 2008, thinking I could use it in English.
I looked for the English LIP pack:
-1 it's not available in English for old versions
-2 it's not available for the Office 2008 version
-3 English isn’t even listed in the LIP packs despite the presence of a large number of useless languages...
I finally found a *paid* English pack available for a 2007 version.

We buy a product, and we're pushed to purchase paid modules for basic functionalities.

You can download the Office 2003 Multilingual User Interface Pack in French from this link; it works: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=e6386d0d-954b-44a2-b8a1-e0f2e717d387&displaylang=en
The problem is as follows: I would have gladly done this, but it's a friend who went to live in England who lent it to me (Let everyone who thinks about P2P reconsider!).

P2P or not P2P, you are in total illegality. The license is granted for only one machine, so it's your friend originally. Therefore, you obviously cannot contact Microsoft. Makes sense: you pirated it! Use OpenOffice.org, which does the same thing, for free but legally, in French and knows how to handle native MS Office formats.

2) This has no relation, but do you have a solution for Photoshop 6.0 also obtained from the same person and still in English!
Same comment! Pirate version!

Hi Mich
Why did you buy it in English? I don't think there's a patch, but ask Microsoft if you can exchange it
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/
Otherwise check with your provider
Thank you for keeping us updated Rocache
