How to enable the window manager

Hello, I would like to know how to enable the window manager on my Windows 7 (Home Premium), as it is disabled and causing me to experience bugs. Thank you in advance :)

    To restart this service, go to the start menu, then run, and type net start uxsms

      Yes, that's why, sorry but your thing doesn't work x)

      So, go to Control Panel \ Administrative Tools \ Services and search for "Session Manager Windowing Manager" > right-click "Properties" ... check that it is set to Automatic then click "Start".
