Hello ghost, I have a little problem, I hope you can help me. I have my Freebox but I'm not on Wi-Fi, I'm connected via USB to my computer and I can't connect to my Xbox. I plugged the Ethernet cable in the back of the Freebox and in the back of the Xbox, but it doesn't work, it keeps disconnecting. Can you help me? Thanks.

Hello, could you guide me step by step to connect my Xbox 360 to Wi-Fi with a Freebox?
Thank you in advance, Valerie. -
it's good problem solved it was necessary to change the DHCP number on the Free website instead of 2 at the end you need to put 3 or 4 (number of connections)

Salut, j'ai pris la clé WiFi pour la Xbox, mais la deuxième étape du test de connexion (ou Xbox Live) ne fonctionne pas. Vous pouvez m'expliquer, s'il vous plaît ?

Hello everyone, I have a connection problem with my Freebox v4 and my Xbox 360. When I run the connection test, the network adapter says: wired, but it says IP address failed and I can't find it. However, the Freebox is in router mode and I also bought a switch, but I'm still unable to connect. If anyone could help me, it would be really nice of you. Thank you in advance ;)

Hi everyone, I have a PC and an Xbox 360 both connected via Wi-Fi to a Freebox v3. There are no issues with internet sharing, I am using DHCP.
However, when I want to read files on my PC from my Xbox 360, neither the PC nor the Xbox recognizes each other, and since it's on Wi-Fi with automatic addressing, I don't understand anything about the network settings. If anyone can help me, thanks!!! -
Where did you learn to speak, fantome86? Not a single word in your sentence is correct, which makes it incomprehensible.
If anyone has the solution to stay in WPA (and not go back to WEP), that would be great, because I really don't want to have my WEP key cracked in 5 minutes! -
Salut, c'est vraiment très urgent s'il te plaît, ma Xbox me dit échec pour l'adresse IP, je ne comprends pas, aide-moi s'il te plaît...............

To connect the Xbox 306 to the internet, you need to plug your Ethernet cable into the red port of the Livebox (as the yellow one is normally for the television). Then go to the menu "My Xbox," then to "System Settings," then to "Network Settings," and finally to "Test Xbox Live Connection." The console will give you a warning (attention, any unsaved data will be lost). The test will then begin. If the dialog box indicates "Test Failed," then press for more information and follow the steps to resolve your issue.
There you go, it's done. I'm not an expert, but I hope this helps you.
Otherwise, here is the Xbox 360 hotline number: 08 00 91 52 74

Listen, go to free web, then access your account, click on the internet, then configure my wifi network, check WEP, then generate the code, put it on the WEP key of your Xbox and follow the move, it's so easy!!!!!

Just set it to WEP, activate the Wi-Fi and the router on the Freebox, and restart a scan on the 360.
Personally, I have the Freebox, 3 PCs connected via Wi-Fi, the 360, the PSP, and the DS, and I have no issues at all. It's really simple; you just need to be set to WEP...-
Peux-tu m'aider ? Merci.

Hello, I also have a problem. I can't play online or surf the net without getting disconnected from live... I don't understand, I have the Freebox and 10 megas, it should work fine. However, I'm not in a completely unbundled zone. Here, I'm waiting for your help because I'm really fed up. Thanks in advance!!!!

Hello, for those who succeeded, can you tell me what the Freebox connection code corresponds to and how to retrieve it in case I've lost it?

After 6 hours of struggle, I have a solution for those who are stuck with this story of lease and DHCP: simply create a bridge between the Xbox/PC network via Ethernet and the one we use to browse the internet.
