How to turn off filter keys

Hello,

I was playing a game and I pressed SHIFT / 8 seconds, a little sound came from the CPU and then a message popped up, I immediately clicked on the cross (to close it), so now I can’t use my Windows XP normally (mouse clicks selecting multiple things, reversed capitalization, ....)

Please help me to get my PC back to how it was before
