Bonjour,
Je voudrais supprimer des programmes, mais je ne voudrais pas enlever n'importe quoi.... certains programmes ne veulent pas s'enlever et bloquent mon ordi...... je me pose plein de questions... comment faire pour vous envoyer la liste et me donner des conseils...j'ai l'impression que j'en ai en double dans microsoft...et ailleurs...merci de me renseigner...

Avec Ccleaner, tu peux afficher tes programmes installés (section "Outils > Désinstallation de programmes") et enregistrer la liste:

Il génèrera un fichier ".txt", tu copies son contenu et tu le colles dans ta réponse.
