Success points are obtained by completing various achievements. We can see how many we own by clicking on the small purple book at the bottom right, then going to "Rankings". The points obtained since the beginning of the game should be displayed at the bottom.
A pretty quick way to earn them is by running the dungeons a certain number of times to achieve the "Expert xxx" achievements, which can give up to 1,000 or even 1,500 success points at once (although it can take a bit of time).
There are also achievements related to major dungeons, such as the Verdoyant Forest where we can earn, by completing all the achievements of the area, up to 10,000 or even 15,000 success points! (Although this requires defeating the final boss of the area about twenty times.)
If you have taken the time to complete your gear gradually throughout the game, run the major dungeons to earn the various possible rewards, and complete the daily hunter quests, you should have reached this quota of 70,000 points, or at least be close.

PS: This quota is a bit more difficult to reach as Drakans, considering that one starts directly at level 20.
