Unable to import ING qif file into Money

Hello,
I cannot download the ING transactions (QIF format) into MONEY. There is a date issue. However, the system format dd/mm/yyyy is the same as on the ING website.
Does anyone have a solution?

    Hello,
I have the same problem with MS Money 2005 FR and ING is giving me this advice adapted to MS MONEY 2007 US since MSMONEY stopped being released in FR version around that date.

I opened the imported QIF file not with money but with a text editor, for example "notepad". I noticed the US date format and modified each date from MM/DD/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY. Be careful because even the slightest error can be fatal for the import, and it's better to back up the MS MONEY file first.

During the import, this worked. I wonder if we could create a small macro to automate this process.

Still, the import under MONEY will be heavier than on LCL interactive. What do you think?

    Hello

Franck: I have the same problem, the only response from ingdirect is that you need to change the regional settings before opening Money and change them back after closing Money...
it's not normal... in France we should have the French format and not have to switch to US format to download the transaction history correctly.
I'm still in touch with them regarding this issue.

    Have you found a solution?

    Best regards

      Hello Franck,
I have the same problem as you with the *.GIF files from ING Direct.
I called, and the advisor has to make a written request to the IT department.
Subject to follow... I'm waiting for a response from the advisor.

I reported the same problem to ING, who doesn't want to listen.
They use the AMERICAN date format mm/dd/yy instead of the dd/mm/yy format.
They don't want to do anything.
    Personally, I'm closing my account.
    They are useless!!!
