Unable to rename files

Hello,

I can no longer rename my files, whether they are avi, mp3, or anything else... I receive this message:

I must admit that it's quite frustrating for keeping a computer organized and therefore for finding things...

Do you have a solution?

What should I do?

    Good evening
    your problem comes from the fact that your extensions are displayed. You need to hide them to avoid this problem.
    Workstation
    Click on the Tools menu then on Folder Options.
    In the View tab, check the box "Hide extensions for known file types".
    Confirm by clicking OK and you will be able to rename files without having to retype their extension
