Hello,
I'm new and I have a big problem!
I bought a GPS on Cdiscount yesterday, but the issue is that it didn't work!!
At Mio, they gave me a procedure to format it!
I'm at the last step for loading the map, but the issue is that it asks for a product key that I'm unable to find!!
Can you please help me?

You return it to the store if it is new and recent; they will exchange it for you if this company is serious. Don't wait 15 days to do it. Did you check in your packaging or on it if you don't have the activation key???
