Mio moov spirit 500: free update?

Hello,

I bought a Mio Moov Spirit 500 GPS and it was specified that there was 1 year of free updates. However, I can't find anything to update my GPS for free...
Does anyone have any idea?

Also, I tried going to the "alertegps" website but it's not working...

    Good evening, first of all, you must have a notice or a PDF file on the drivers that tells you where to connect, plus you don't specify the (UPDATE) if it's for the radars or the mapping, which is unlikely.

      Same here, I bought the MIO MOOV SPIRIT 500 TRAFIC S505 at Norauto with 1 year of free updates and I have never managed to get a free update. However, I registered on the website at the time of purchase for the free updates!!! Does anyone else have the same problem?
