Internet tres tres lent malgré un bon débit

Bonjour,
depuis qq temps mon portable rame sur internet sans aucunes raisons malgré mes tentatives ( antimalewares, anti virus....)
la connexion via wifi ou reseau mobile est excellente mais malgré ça impossible de lire une vidéo même tres courte, pouvez vous m'aider svp, je ne sais plus quoi faire
j'ai fais une analyse avec hijackthis et le rapport a l'air cleen. Help!!!!!!!!
