Indeed, it isn’t obvious on the HP site!

However, I may have found a lead: for the HP LaserJet 4L/mL Printer series and keeping English (American) as the software/driver language, the official HP site on this page offers a link for Windows 7 (64-bit).

If that doesn’t seem to lead to something concrete, you at worst have the link to obtain the best HP can do in your case.
In despair, perhaps you could try a Vista 64-bit driver, if one exists. But it would be futile (in my opinion) to try to fetch it elsewhere.
