Temporarily locked Facebook account

Hello everyone, my account has been locked and I don't know why. When I try to log in, it says: "Your account is temporarily locked.
Someone recently tried to log in to your account from an unrecognized device or location. Please check if you were responsible for these login attempts." How can I unlock my account?
