Hello again, it's me. I went back to my Planet Sports account and just saw that the Vans I ordered were supposed to be delivered within 48 hours. Okay, I know it's the weekend, but as I told you, I'm worried about not receiving them. Have people who ordered from this site ever not received their orders?? Thanks, that would reassure me.
Moreover, having Vans has been my dream for a long time, and my mom paid for them, and if we don't receive them, I'm afraid she will be upset :/ Thanks everyone!!

Serious site, order placed on Sunday and received it Thursday morning, the order matches the requested product, so good site for a first order :)
I think I will renew my orders if I have any to place ;)

I placed an order three days ago on the Planet Sport website. My bank charge was made yesterday, and today I received an email saying that the item is no longer in stock and that they will process my refund... I am waiting... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE AT ALL!

I do not recommend this site at all

Order placed on 12/10 for a product marked "in stock", I received an email on 24/10 telling me that the product is not in stock and that they cannot give me a restocking time

Luckily I paid through PayPal because I sent 2 emails requesting order cancellation and a refund that have gone unanswered

I just checked their site out of curiosity, and they are still selling the product, at a much higher price (it is obviously the same model with the same size)

I had the same problem and I refuse to give them personal information, knowing that they have already debited my card but they insist that they will not send me my order.....? So I told them that I was canceling my order for which they were asking for information and that I was also canceling the order placed in early December with normally a delivery within 4 to 6 days, as of today January 2, 2019, I still do not have this order, they say they are looking into it but do not know where it is??? It would have been shipped on December 14???? I also returned the first order because the jacket was too small, IN SHORT, I find their customer service very inadequate, yes they respond to emails but it does not move forward. As of today, they are not even responding to my emails anymore, I AM WAITING WITHOUT KNOWING IF I WILL BE REFUNDED??? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE, you have to get taken to know!!

Beware! The delivery times are incorrect and NOBODY CAN RESPOND TO YOU IN FRENCH. After the purchase, everything is extremely opaque... The website is in French only for orders, but when it suits them (in customer service), the only responses received are in German, not even in English... Everything is LONG LONG and LONG. Honestly, unless you absolutely want an item from them and you're sure you don't want to return it, definitely do not order from this site.

Very bad experience as well, order placed on December 21, still nothing received, impossible to reach someone who speaks French, very complicated for the payment too but debited in vain... I send emails but get no response.
