Hello. I ordered shoes for a friend's birthday, but since the size didn't fit, I had to send them back. To make a return, you have to call them, then they send you an email with a return slip to put in the package, and then they tell you that they will send you the return label so you don't have to pay the fees, but eventually, they run out of labels so you have to cover the costs yourself. That's what I did. Colissimo to the Czech Republic: about €16. Yesterday I received an email from them saying they received the package and that they will process the refund via bank transfer. I reminded them that they also need to refund me the shipping costs, and they asked me to send a bank account details document via email. I find this method a bit precarious, considering it’s not secure to send your banking information by email. Other websites of this kind don’t do it like that...
For those who have had to make a return and get a refund, did you also send your bank account details by email? Did you have any problems?
It stresses me out to have to proceed this way...

  Here, I have decided not to trust the negative comments about the Planet Sport site, so I placed an order. As a result, my order was supposed to arrive on Thursday, and I won't have it before Monday. So we pay for a Colissimo and in the end have a 3-day delay for the order. Bravo.

I confirm DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE... As for me, the backpack I ordered for the school year arrived a week after the start of school, so it's useless. Luckily, I paid through PAYPAL and was able to start a dispute and get refunded because I had to return it at my own expense, knowing that they are in Chechnya while their site clearly states FREE RETURN... Their excuse was supposedly a software problem + then a label printing issue, but of course it’s just a BIG SCAM YES. I strongly advise against buying from this site and especially to prefer payments through PAYPAL, it helps when you encounter sites like this.

  Same for me! Due to a technical issue, I didn't receive the return label. They told me to send back the postage receipt and that I would be reimbursed. It cost me €24. Every time I call, they say they will sort it out. Nothing happens! They don't respond to emails and they act like fools on the phone.
  Don't buy from this site, it's not serious!

Good evening,

You should stay away from this site, it's a real scam. I placed an order on August 22 and to this day, I haven't received any response and especially no delivery. Now they're canceling my order but the payment has been made and I'm still waiting for a refund. So here's yet another "scam site" that doesn't keep its promises. So if you don't want to act as the bank for this company (which doesn't even answer the phone anymore... RUN AWAY!

I ordered 2 items at the beginning of JULY 2012, I received them but not the right size. I returned them via Colissimo on 07/24. No exchange possible, so I had to order them again but this time in the correct sizes and once again with the corresponding payment!! RESULT: to date, I have still not been refunded for my first payment, over 160 € after all, I have called them about ten times, sent them about ten emails: RESPONSE: WE UNDERSTAND BUT YOU HAVE TO BE PATIENT!!! JUST UNACCEPTABLE!! Apparently, I am not an isolated case and if there should be a collective action, count on ME!!! Other sites are much more reliable: example GLISSPROSHOP... exemplary in every way!! CONCLUSION: NEVER ORDER FROM PLANET SPORTS, they are CROOKS!!

Order of 192 euros placed on September 2nd, after a week still no progress on my order, so I decide to call them.
I then learn that my order is blocked because there is an item out of stock (even though it was available when I placed my order) and therefore I have to wait until it becomes available again, if they receive it again (so not sure to get my item).
I decide to call them again a week later to cancel my order because nothing was moving forward.

It has been almost 2 months now that I have been waiting for my refund !!!!
No response to my emails, and when I call them, they just tell me to be patient because there is a delay due to a computer problem....

I start to wonder: Am I ever going to get my 192 euros back :(

I ordered from them a year ago and had no issues, so now I don't understand this scam :(

Not very serious at all!!!

  Unfortunately, no, not yet. I called back this week and I spoke to a lady who told me that her colleagues had messed things up and sent my refund to the wrong department, and that she was taking care of it... We'll have to see what happens in the coming week. I'll keep you posted.

  Hello Caroline, thank you for your reply. I hope you will have good news to share with me. For my part, I received an email stating that they would refund my return shipping costs. I had to provide my bank details for this, which I’m not very fond of. My return package is "ready to be delivered." As soon as it is delivered, I will call them and threaten to file a complaint to try to push them. I will look into what possible actions I can take. Let’s keep each other updated.

Hi, I ordered €400 worth of longboard deck on this site Planet Sport, and I received it 2 days late in very good condition, nothing special, so I recommend this site and I will continue to order from this site :)

Many negative reviews about this site ..... Despite that, I decided to buy a snowboard from them (23% less than on all French sites) and well, I am ..... delighted!!!
The ordering process was extremely simple, confirmation emails were clear, unbeatable prices
The board arrived in just a few days, exceptionally well packaged, perfect
Did I get lucky? I don't know, but considering this experience, I can only recommend...!!!

  My board arrived perfectly. However, I received the invoice for the 3 packages inside the box of my board, but not the rest. So I wanted to know if you ordered several items at the same time, if they arrived separately or not.

  I ordered a pair of snow boots last week, and I was very worried when I saw all the negative reviews above... For several days, my order status said "delivery complete," so I called the hotline, and I spoke to someone who spoke French (with a strong accent), who explained to me that this meant the package had been processed by them. I asked her for a Colissimo tracking number, which she provided, and I was able to track my package online until I received it this morning...
  In summary: order delivered in 5 days, product meeting my expectations at an unbeatable price, I don't know if I was lucky, but I'm thrilled!

Hello, I placed an order on August 22nd and today (09/05/2012) I still have nothing. A bag for the start of school that my daughter is looking forward to; she left with last year's one...
I sent an email and got a response in English. I called and supposedly my payment was only processed for one item, which is not true as both have been charged... The site says it's available, but the woman on the phone tells me they don't have it yet...
On 08/31, I received a confirmation email saying it was shipped, but still nothing, and the first item was supposed to be sent beforehand and still nothing received.
Ugh.

Personally, I waited 3 weeks and my order finally arrived!
The only problem is that they sent the wrong items...
3 weeks just to have to return the item and wait ages to get a refund...
And when I explain my misadventure to them, all they can offer me is their €10 discount voucher that everyone can get online...

This almost deserves a class action given the widespread nonsense!
Anyway, site to be banned!

I do not recommend this site, I ordered shoes that I have never seen, my order was canceled after 2 weeks of waiting and I didn't even receive an email to let me know. Furthermore, the customer service does not speak French, and getting a refund is very complicated! I will never order from this site again, and I certainly do not recommend it!

I confirm the thread of the discussion and strongly recommend not to order from this site even though the prices are attractive!
I have an ongoing return issue! The item had to be sent back at my expense because supposedly the site cannot provide a return coupon (as many do!) and is still waiting for a refund!
Communication on the platform is almost impossible: language barrier? since the site is based in Germany!!!
Stay away!!!

I also advise against this site; it lists promotional items in stock but ultimately does not have them. Furthermore, I have been trying to return an item for 6 days, and I can't get a return slip. Three days ago, someone told me I wouldn't have to pay for the return and that a Colissimo label would be sent to me, and I'm still waiting... Today, I called customer service again and spoke to someone who didn't understand French and asked me to speak English... luckily, I know how to do that! She informed me that I have to pay the return fees upfront, which will be reimbursed later??? I am starting to have doubts!

Don't order from this site. I ordered a jacket over 2 weeks ago, I haven't received anything and it's impossible to contact them, and also no response by email after several attempts to send. In short, they are thieves and scammers.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID
This site is not serious, impossible to reach customer service, and when you finally do, they are unable to help you. I placed an order 5 days ago and only received the confirmation email today, and the order hasn't even shipped yet. Let's just say that "shipping within 24 hours" is a huge joke.
It's impossible to cancel the order; they only respond that you have to refuse the package at the post office and wait a month...

Hello, I ordered a Christmas gift on December 6, my account was debited on December 7, and I still haven't received the package. They've gone through all sorts of explanations. Logistics issues, IT problems, and now they are looking for my package. It is only today that I'm reading all these bad experiences from other customers. Planet Sport NEVER AGAIN! My son really wanted a beanie that’s not easily found and now he is very disappointed. This is unacceptable. STORE TO AVOID!!

Hello, I placed an order and wanted to return an item... I battled for 2 months because their advertisement is misleading... there is no free return... then I received my refund... 29.95 instead of 69.95!!!! I called them immediately... "oh yes, we apologize....." Pffff my return fees... I'm still waiting.... never again this site, never again.....

  I ordered a pair of Vans that are too big. I returned them to the Czech Republic on 12/28/2012. I paid the return shipping costs upfront. I was refunded for my pair of shoes as well as my return shipping costs. It's a bit slow as the refund was on 01/22/2013, but I didn't have any issues, even over the phone; I spoke to a French-speaking person, maybe it was just a lucky coincidence. So, I am reordering my pair of Vans on the site in one size smaller.

  Order of 143€ on August 28, 2012, never received but amount cashed by Planet Sport. In March 2013 still no refund after 50 emails and phone calls on the platform every month. A week ago, I called them in a conference call with my legal protection lawyer who threatened them with a lawsuit if the amount was not refunded within 8 days. MIRACLE.......I received the refund today. There you go, if it can help someone!!!!!!

After ordering shoes from Planet Sport, I looked at the reviews on the site and to be honest, I was very scared of not receiving them, or receiving something else..
I placed my order on Wednesday the 17th, and by Saturday I still hadn't received the tracking code for my parcel, so I sent an email and they replied barely 10 minutes later with my code, I was able to feel reassured and see the route of my package. I received them a week later, on Wednesday the 24th. For me, this site is reliable!

  Hello, I ordered my shoes (Stan Smith) on Friday at 4 PM, and I stressed over the weekend wondering if I had been scammed or not... On Monday, I received an email saying that my order had been processed and that I would receive them in 2 days (with a Colissimo tracking number). On Wednesday morning, I received my shoes, the right size, the right color, good quality, and especially 40 euros cheaper.
