Lag et cl_flushentitypacket

Bonjour, depuis quelque temps je me fais "kicker" de toutes les parties dans counter strike ; condition zero , car j'ai un médiocre ping de 100-250... J'ai beau tout essayer, j'ai testé tout les configuration pour le fichier config.cfg.... Le voici;

Ma config PC : Dell Optiplex GX620 Intel Celeron D 2.66 GHz, 2294 MB RAM DDR3 800 MHz, Carte Graphique Chipset Intel de 224 MB et Disque Dur SATA de 75 Go. Je suis sur WIFI avec une clé réseau D-Link, vitesse de 54 Mbits/s.
Mais tout allait bien avant, je ne comprend pas comment en l'espace de 1 mois comment j'ai pu commencer à "lagger" à ce point. En plus, vidéotron, ma compagnie d'internet, est venu changer mon cable de fibre optique la semaine dernière, donc supposément que mon internet de devrai plus avoir de problème. En dehors de cs, mon ordinateur est très rapide et réagit assez vite à mon avis.

Alors, quel est le problème et comment puis-je le résoudre ? ( Merci de respecter ce message et de ne pas critiquer ma situation financière ou autre en disant que je suis trop pauvre pour avoir un bon ordinateur. ) Merci pour vos réponses.
