Hello,
I would like to know, when considering buying an SSD, if SATA III and SATA 600 are the same thing and if they are indeed useful for SSDs?

Yes, for both, but first of all, your motherboard needs to support SATA 3; otherwise, it won't work.

It's just that when choosing my motherboard, I see some that offer SATA III and others SATA 600 :D
