Looking for techno music from around the year 2000.

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a song that I only remember from the music video. It's a techno sound, and I'm not even sure if there are any lyrics. In the video, you can see guys running with a silver suitcase in hand, they pass through a railway track, and I remember a chase with dogs... It must be from the late 90s/early 2000s. Around the same time as "Freestyler" by Bomfunk MC's for those who know...
I hope you can help me, I heard it again last weekend, but I couldn't ask the DJ for the title of the song! ^^
