Erreur code 10 périph Realtek AC97 WIN XP

bonsoir ,

voila j'avais réinstallé voila 4 mois un ordi toshiba satellite en XP sp 3 ,tout marchait tres bien jusu'a que celui ci prenne un choc electrique ,
et depuis le modem PCI interne ne fonctionne plus ,erreur code 1 dans le gestionnaire de periph ,et j'ai aussi un souci avec le son realtek AC97,erreur code 10 ,le périph ne peut pas démarrer . j'ai donc désinstaller le pilote puis réinstaller le driver WDM A406.exe.
mais rien n'y fait j'ai toujours un "!" jaune dans le gestionnaire des périph a coté du contrôleur realtek ac97 !!!!

je soupçonne fortement que le périph a sauté,que le CI est mort et que donc cela ne marchera plus du tout a cause d'une surtension electrique!
mais je voudrai avoir votre avis
qu'en pensez vous

PS: pour le modem interne défectueux,l'utilisateur a acheté un modem externe ,et cela fonctionne très bien.

    bonjour,pour être sur,installes cet outil une fois fait,suis cette procédure et copies colles le resultat,arrêtes à PCI!

      pour les caractéres en dessous de debug PCI,j'en sais rien (je ne m'y suis jamais interessé!) pour le son dans le bios vois dans "integrated périphérique" l'option doit être sur "enable" mais l'erreur code 10 est fréquente et reste sur un pilote mal installé!

    Clic droit sur la carte son ==> Propriétés/Onglet Général ==> Utilisation du périphérique ?

      bonjour , oui j'avais deja vu par ici avant : voila ce que je peux lire :
      utilisation du périph : ce périph est activé ,mais dans l'état du périph ,j'ai une erreur code 10 ,et qd je clik sur l'onglet ressource : ce périph ne consomme aucune ressource car il y a un probleme ,

      j'ai deja verifier ja tout cela jmp59 mais n'y fait !! le périph est bien activé dans les services des windows !! donc cela est bien du a un probleme materiele,donc carte mere HS , non?

    De même que ton modem la carte son intégrée en a vraisemblablement pris un coup. Mais ce n'est pas pour autant que toute la carte-mère est HS.

    Il existe des "cartes" son sur clé USB http://www.mageekstore.com/131-carte-son-sur-cle-usb.html d'un prix, heureusement, très inférieur à celui d'une carte-mère.
