Hello everyone,
I would like to reinstall the system on my HP laptop to give it to my sister.
But I'm having trouble. I'm starting to feel sick with all these attempts.
First, when I tried using the recovery partition, it tells me that the computer does not have a suitable partition, even though I do have a D: RECOVERY partition.
Well, then I tried creating the recovery DVDs; they were created, and now it asks me to make sure my disk is inserted and click yes. I do that, and it restarts, but it keeps returning to my session as usual; nothing happens.... I can't stop trying, but nothing works...
Please help me!!
Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 534.16

I just searched and found this: https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/20792-restaurer-un-ordinateur-hp-a-son-etat-d-usine
Could it be as simple as a button?! I’m going to test it... -
