Virus, je ne sais pas quoi faire!!!

Bonjour,

Je pense qu'un gros virus vient de s'implanter dans mon ordinateur. La totalité de mes documents (photos, musiques, vidéo ext...) viennent de disparaitre, ainsi que l'arrière plan de mon bureau qui est maintenant noir, et quelques icones de raccourci qui ont disparues!
J'ai windows retore qui me dit que j'ai 5 erreurs critiquent (bien sur il faut payer pour les réparer), ainsi qu'une fenêtre avec marqué: delayed write filed. Il c'est également éteint tout seul deux fois, et est extrêmement long!

Que faire??? Vais je pouvoir récupérer mes documents???

Virus, je ne sais pas quoi faire!!! <= ben tu poses la question dans le forum Virus/Sécurité, on viendra t'aider à t'en débarrasser.

Je déplace ta question dans le bon forum, bonne chance pour la suite.

@ romreb: si c'est pour dire ça et pas expliquer comment le faire, ne dis rien, c'est beaucoup mieux.
Avant de poser une question: 1° Allume ton cerveau ton Pc ne pense pas à ta place!
2° Google est ton ami, le moteur de recherche de CCM aussi, fais une recherche!

en bas de la page ZHP avec un numéro de version.

Une fois le téléchargement achevé, dé zippe le fichier obtenu et place ZHPDiag.exe sur ton Bureau.

Double-clique sur l'icône pour lancer le programme. Sous Vista ou Seven clic droit « exécuter en tant que administrateur »


Clique sur la loupe pour lancer l'analyse.

Laisse l'outil travailler, il peut être assez long.

Ferme ZHPDiag en fin d'analyse.


Pour transmettre le rapport clique sur ce lien :

Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le répertoire où est installé ZHPDiag (en général C:\Program Files\ZHPDiag).

Sélectionne le fichier ZHPDiag.txt.

Clique sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier".

Télécharge combofix : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
Ou ici : https://forospyware.com
>Renomme le pour l'enregistrer sur ton bureau en asdehi (tout simplement pour que l'infection ne le contre pas)
-> Double clique combofix.exe.(ou clic droit sous vista « exécuter en tant que... » )
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

-> Déconnecte toi d'Internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe ; (ou clic droit sous vista « exécuter en tant que... »)

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.


- Installe le console de récupération comme demandé ;utile en cas de plantage

- Attention Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programme. Risque de figer l'ordinateur

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

/!\ Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. /!\ : risque de figer l'ordinateur (plantage complet)


::Si combofix détecte quelque chose et de demande a redémarrer tu acceptes

Je n'arrive pas à l'enregistrer, une fenetre s'ouvre me disant que la license n'est pas bonne et qu'il n'est pas affilié a combofix, j'ai aussi deux nouveaux dossiers sur le bureau qui s'intitule: mbrcheck...

Télécharge sur le bureau RogueKiller (par tigzy)
* Quitte tous tes programmes en cours
* Lance le.
* Lorsque demandé, tape 1 et valide
* Un rapport (RKreport.txt) a du se créer à côté de l'exécutable, colle son contenu dans la réponse
* Si le programme a été bloqué, ne pas hésiter a essayer plusieurs fois.

Je suis actuellement en train de créer un cd de sauvegarde, car je ne l'avais pas fait, tu crois que ca va marcher?

J'ai vue que en faite tous mes dossiers et icones de bureau n'avait pas était supprimés mais c'était mis en cachés! Comment ça ce fait???

j'ai pu enlever l'option de fichier caché pour mes icones de bureau, mais par contre tous mes autres dossier (bureau, doc, musique ext...) reste en cachés espèce d'icones transparentes et invisible si on met ne pas afficher les fichiers cachés elles disparaissent...

beh après avoir tapé 2, le logiciel ce ferme et aucune autre fenêtre ne s'ouvre...

salut pour avancer :

desactive tes protections puis enregistre ceci sur ton bureau

Pre_Scan

si l'outil detecte un proxy et que tu n'en as pas installé clique sur "supprimer le proxy"

une fois telechargé lance-le , laisse faire le scan puis colle le contenu de " rapport.txt" qui apparaitra à son terme , sur le bureau.

si l'outil semble ne pas avoir fonctionné clique plusieurs fois très rapidement dessus

desactive tes protections

telecharge ici :

MBR_Repair

enregistre-le sur ton bureau ,

lance-le , choisis "Repair"

choisis "Windows Vista"

ton pc va redemarrer

à ton retour , relance MBR_Repair puis fais l'option "Verify"

MBR_Verify.txt se mettra sur ton bureau poste ici son contenu
