Hello,
My SIM card is locked and is asking for my PUK code.
I went to the Orange website, but to retrieve it, I either have to log in to the customer area, and when I asked to recover the password, they sent it to me.. via SMS -_-" or call the automated service that asks for the code on the Orange bills, but I use direct debit: I don't receive any bills.
I'm a bit stuck here, can you help me?
Thanks
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.16

The three major operators, Orange, SFR, and Bouygues Telecom, have created a shared database, a sort of "blacklist," which records all the IMEI numbers of reported stolen phones. So if by chance your mobile is found, it can be returned to you. Since its creation in April 2003, this system has recorded more than 260,000 blocked IMEI numbers.
» The IMEI code is used to block the use of the mobile on all networks. No other SIM card can be inserted.
» By only blocking your SIM card, you prevent the fraudulent user from making calls, but they can still insert another SIM card.
If you can't recover it, it will be very difficult to unlock it (though it is possible with patience, but beware of well-meaning souls who, for a few euros, are capable of doing it).
