Hello,
So here it is, for the past 2 months, whenever there is a power outage or a reboot on my Livebox, it takes a very long time to restart, about 4-5 hours. The lights are initially red, then orange, and finally turn green after long hours of waiting. During this time, I have no internet or phone. If anyone knows what could be causing this or anything else... (oh yes, I forgot to mention that I called support, and they sent a technician who said he had fixed it, but nothing changed. Plus, I changed the box and still nothing.) I’m losing hope...
Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 534.16

Hi,
Do a reset,

if the problems persist, request a replacement for the livebox, insist if necessary...

Look at the firewall, XP? W7?
Another question, do you have the "Orange internet access manager"? If so, uninstall it; it’s useless and just creates bugs.

Check the firewall on the box, set to "medium".
If you have the Windows firewall, remove all exceptions.
If you have an antivirus suite firewall, reset the rules.
Then, if it still doesn't work, request a system scan on this site, the memory and CPU usage rates are suspicious, unless you have a very old PC.

Check this,
Start => settings => control panel => network connections => local area connection => right click => properties => Click on Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) => properties => general => click on "Obtain an IP address automatically" => click on "Obtain DNS server address automatically".
If you have Win7, look for IPV4.
