Hola!
Tengo un pequeño problema con mi teclado (un Packard Bell Activ Board), mientras no estoy en la página de mi escritorio el teclado no responde (así que no hay manera de entrar en el BIOS ni de elegir el modo que quiero cuando hay un problema al iniciar). Además, una vez que Windows está encendido, algunas teclas tampoco funcionan (los atajos).
Me dijeron que necesitaba reinstalar los controladores del teclado, ¿es eso lo que debo hacer? Si es así, ¿dónde puedo encontrar los controladores? Si no es eso, ¿qué debo hacer?

en este caso en Windows debes volver a detectar tu teclado
en cuanto a los controladores, es cierto que hay para este tipo de teclado. los encontrarás ya sea en el CD que viene con el teclado o en el sitio web del fabricante

me equivoqué, hay un cable en mi teclado (por cierto, mi ratón está conectado directamente al teclado, pero no creo que eso cambie algo)

Y bien, si tu teclado es el de origen, entonces el controlador se instala durante la instalación del sistema.

- Windows XP
- No he reinstalado el sistema recientemente.
- No sé exactamente desde cuándo tengo este problema, lo descubrí hace 2 semanas (porque tengo un problema con el grabador al intentar entrar en la BIOS).
- Y otro problema, ¡mi grabador! (Ya no aparece en "Mi PC" aunque está bien conectado).

El problema es que tu teclado, si está conectado a la unidad central, debería ser detectado a menos que esté averiado.
Ya reinstalado el sistema, pero no tengo ningún problema
Fui al administrador de dispositivos y me habla de un CD, voy a ver qué CDs tengo que van con el PC!!

¿Está el grabador configurado como maestro?
Si es así, podría causar problemas al arrancar ya que el sistema inicia desde él.
Desconéctalo y reinicia tu ordenador.

It's an ancillary function, certainly, but there are many of us in this case, they don't provide any drivers, I searched well and even checked with IBM because Everest tells me that IBM is the manufacturer.

I burned them as soon as she got her pc, except that now it's the computer's hard drive that is faulty, so recovery is impossible...
The drivers are in the form of setup.exe that run under the bios and not under windows, not a trace of dll on the cds...
