MP4 d-JIX M450 won't turn on anymore!

Hello,

My d-JIX 450 MP4 won't turn on: I charged it for 3 hours... nothing.
I pressed RESET... nothing.
I plugged it into my computer, and it doesn't even detect it.
I have super important documents in it, please help me!

    If you have a working warranty, use it
    And I tell you D-jix is a bad brand because I have a 359 and it doesn't read video files.

    Faites très attention, le câble du MP4 est porteur d'un virus, alors changez-le.

    Hi, mine doesn't turn on either, but my computer detects it though. I can't help you, but if I manage to get it working, I'll keep you posted ;)

    Hello, I have the same problem as you. My M450 player is detected by my computer but cannot be turned on once the USB cable is unplugged.

    Do you have any solutions, thank you.
