C'est possible de tester un site PHP en installant IIS(Internet Information Service)de windows, si oui comment faire.

Oui, c'est possible... commence par installer les services IIS
ensuite il te faudra intégrer php à IIS qui n'y es pas par défaut : http://www.asp-php.net/tutorial/asp-php/iis_et_php.php -
