It depends on the software used... In Word, it won't be the same as on a website.

So, you need to be more precise, knowing that you are in the forum for office software here...

It depends on the version.

With 2010, you simply display the Search pane. Just type the word to search and you see all of them in the pane; you just need to click on them to bring up the pages of the document.

With other versions, you need to use the Find dialog (Ctrl+F). In 2007, choose "Highlight All."

Generally speaking, in software and browsers, the same keyboard shortcut Ctrl+F is used for searches.
