Facebook: reset attempts

Yesterday my friends had the bright idea to take control of my Facebook account by using a method I can't explain. In a few words, they managed to reset my password without me being logged in. When I realized what they did, I tried to change my password. On their side, seeing that they were blocked, they attempted the method again. The result is that the password reset limit has been reached. I don't know how to access my account (partly to delete the posts they made) and change my settings. To report that my account has been "hacked," I need to log in with a password I don't have, so I can't send any forms. I really don't know how to proceed. Ideas are, therefore, welcome. Thank you.

You need to send a form to request a new password (which will be temporary).
You should go to: Help/ User guide/ Username and password/ Bugs and known issues/ Password-related problems/ The error I encountered is not listed/ To report a new bug related to difficulties accessing your existing account, click "HERE": then fill out the form explaining the issue.
Another way to send the form: Help/ User guide/ Username and password/ I need to reset my password every time I log in/ If the problem persists after trying all the above procedures, click "HERE".
In my case, they sent me an email with a new password 3 days later (I sent both forms).

I'm experiencing the same kind of problem since last night. My MSN and Facebook accounts have been hacked!!! They have completely changed the email address I used to log into my Facebook account and have modified the secret question. I filled out the help questionnaire and so far nothing... still no response.
It's complicated because I would need to hack his MSN account to recover my accounts, please help me (and yes, I have the email address of the person who hacked me, but I don't know much about this field...).

I followed your advice Guillaume, I arrive at the right place but when I click on the link "report any bugs here", it redirects me to the login page telling me "to access this page you need to log in". However, my problem is that I cannot log in and that I have the message stating that I have reached the number of password resets.
