Désinstalle puis réinstalle le pilote avec le cd fourni. Si tu ne l'as plus, rend toi ici et choisi le pilote selon ton VRAI modèle et le type du système d'exploitation (32 ou 64 bits, pour le savoir clic droit sur Ordinateur -> propriétés): http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Product.jsp?lang=fr&cc=fr&taskId=135&prodTypeId=18972&prodCatId=236252
