Bonjour,
J'ai un canon copieur/scan SMARTBASE MPC600F.
Un message cartouche incorrecte clignotant et un témoin d'alarme
bloque la machine que je ne peux même plus éteindre sauf à le débrancher.
J'ai changé les cartouches et le problème persiste.
Avez-vous une solution pour réinitialiser cela?
