Plug the key into your turned-off Eee PC. Turn it on and, as soon as the welcome screen appears, hold down the Escape key. A blue background menu will prompt you to select the boot disk: using the arrow keys, highlight the line beginning with USB: (the HDD: line corresponds to the integrated SSD hard drive in the Eee PC), then press the Enter key. When prompted, type yes followed by the Enter key. Wait about five minutes and when the installation is finished, press the Enter key to restart. After making a few basic adjustments (username, password, date, and time), you will find your Eee PC's system as it was when it left the factory.
