    Le passement de jambes se fait en enroulant la jambe autour de l'autre, souvent en déplaçant le poids du corps. Voici les étapes :

    1. Placez-vous en position debout.
    2. Déplacez une jambe vers l’avant ou sur le côté.
    3. Enroulez l'autre jambe autour de la première.
    4. Terminez le mouvement en rétablissant votre équilibre.

    Il est important de pratiquer régulièrement pour maîtriser cette technique.
