Install the latest driver for WD SES

Hello,
I bought a WD hard drive WITH USB 3
I am told that the driver for the WD SES DEVICE USB is not installed
what should I do?

    The driver is on the disk folder extra under the folder wd its drivers.
    So go to device manager, click on the disk, choose to update, and search on my computer and guide it to the folder; it works.

      In the subfolder wd ses driver I don't have the peripheral manager doc no way to install the driver

      I also have the same problem; my passport is not recognized on my PC but it is recognized without any issues on other PCs. I need your help, friends.

      Hello irfel,

      I was passing by and if you haven't remedied the situation you're facing yet, I would suggest providing a bit more detail to shed light on what is happening.

      I would suggest a few things for you to check and communicate to me, please :)
      > What is the OS of the computer on which your HDD is not recognized
      > What information does Disk Management display for this HDD
      > What is the error message when you try to access the HDD

      @irfel, it would be best, if you feel like it and have the time, to create a separate topic for better traceability :) Additionally, it seems to me that the issue affecting the proper functioning of your HDD may be different from the one discussed here.
