Installation Ableton

Bonjour, j'aimerais installer Ableton mais je n'y arrive pas!
J'ai une "notice" mais je ne comprend pas tout =S

1. Unpack the "arc-abletonsuite81.rar".
2. Mount the "SUITE81.iso"
3. Move the folder "ArCADE" to your map with the downloaded Ableton.
4. Run "ableton_suite_81.dmg"
5. Drag the "Live 8.1" folder to: Applications.
6. Unzip the crack in the "ArCADE" folder.
7. Drag the crack, "Live", to Contents/MacOS.
8. Run the "Authorize81Mac.auz".
9. Done, should work now.

"3. Move the folder "ArCADE" to your map with the downloaded Ableton" Je ne vois pas où faut il déplacer le dossier ArCADE..
"7. Drag the crack, "Live", to Contents/MacOS." Où se situe "Contents/MacOS"?
"4. Run "ableton_suite_81.dmg" / "8. Run the "Authorize81Mac.auz"." ???
