Problème pour éteindre l'ordi+port USB virus?

Je demande ici en dernier recours car je ne vois plus quoi faire pour sauver mon ordi!!
Il y a une semaine j'ai été contaminé pas un virus avec un nom "java quelque chose" qui s'est installé comme une mise à jour en ouvrant une fenêtre; mon ordi a alors fait un écran bleu et puis a redémarré. Depuis mes port usb ne fonctionnent plus sous windows (les clefs s'allument, sont détectées, mais elle n'apparaissent pas dans "ordinateur" et je ne peu pas accéder au contenu) ainsi que mon lecteur de carte et les dvd ben windows me dit qu'il sont vierge, plus l'ombre d'un seule exécution automatique! De plus, je ne pouvais pas non plus éteindre mon ordinateur.
Après avoir sauvegardé mes données sur des dvd, j'ai formaté mes disques avec mon cd de recovery windows. Depuis j'ai pu éteindre mon ordi uniquement en mode sans échec, en mode normal il ferme la session et "arrêt en cours " pourrait rester des heures si je l'éteignait pas manuellement; et mes ports USB, et tout le reste ne marche toujours pas.
J'ai essayé de chercher un virus avec Norton (le recovery l'a réinstallé), avec Spybot également, mais rien à faire ils ne trouvent rien. De plus rien me paraît anormal dans les processus qui s'exécutent dans le gestionnaire de taches, même si je pense que quelque chose doit bloquer la fermeture puisque windows s'éteint en mode sans échec!
J'espère que quelqu'un pourra venir à mon secours, car un ordi sans port USB et qui ne s'éteint pas, c'est pas très pratique!!!!
