M5000 Media Receiver and Orange TV

Hello,
I receive Orange TV via satellite using a receiver from Orange.
For the second TV, I bought a TNT Media System M5000 receiver, but it receives a signal at 84%, and it stays red, so it doesn't find any channels.

I'm wondering if I need to install a second dish to receive channels via this receiver or if it's due to an antenna adjustment issue. But if I move it, I'm afraid of losing my Orange reception. What do you think???

    Hi, I had the same issue and the problem is that your smart card on this model must be inserted chip side down

      Thank you very much. The direction in which the chip should be inserted is not specified anywhere in the instructions. After changing the dish and going through the satellites, I was getting ready to call an installer. Luckily, FAQs exist. Thank you again. Sophie

    As for the reception, it's fine now you just need to search for the channels, but in collective installation and not individual.

    the red band means there is a reception, but it is not the right satellite.

    Attention, la couleur, on s'en fout. Ne te fie pas aux couleurs, tant que la bande est la plus à droite et au maximum du signal.

    I'm okay, but it's stuck at 84% and nothing more
    and since I don't want to move the antenna for fear of losing the ones received by Orange, I will resign myself to putting up another dish.

      OK with marsouin for the bar graph colors at the beginning red a few MINUTES later I switch to green signal 83 quality 56 all TNT installed.
