Cam 450 issue not detected psp 1004

Hello, I got Invizimals Shadow Zone with its camera 450 for Christmas but my PSP 1004 doesn't detect it. I'm not sure if I should return it or if there's a solution.

    I found that it is necessary to clean the USB connection ports well and press it in firmly while trying several times.

      Pour nettoyer les ports USB, voici les étapes à suivre : 1. **Éteindre l'ordinateur** : Assurez-vous que l'ordinateur est éteint et débranché pour éviter tout risque de court-circuit. 2. **Utiliser de l'air comprimé** : Prenez une bombe d’air comprimé et soufflez délicatement dans le port USB pour déloger la poussière et les débris. 3. **Utiliser un coton-tige** : Pour un nettoyage plus minutieux, vous pouvez utiliser un coton-tige légèrement humidifié avec de l'alcool isopropylique pour nettoyer à l'intérieur du port. Assurez-vous qu'il n'y a pas de surplus de liquide. 4. **Laisser sécher** : Avant de rallumer l'ordinateur, assurez-vous que le port est complètement sec. 5. **Éviter les objets pointus** : N'utilisez pas d'objets métalliques ou pointus qui pourraient endommager les contacts internes. En suivant ces étapes, vous pourrez nettoyer efficacement vos ports USB.

    I had the same problem, I cleaned the gold parts on the side of the USB port with a toothpick. Now the PSP detects the cam. However, it turns off a few seconds later, so I can't use it.................

    Hello,
    My sister had the same issue with my camera. In fact, you need to do a system update to get version 6.00 or higher. If you don't have this version, the camera is not compatible. So:

    1. Go to system update and click on Update via storage media (Ps: I'm not very sure that's it but you need to do an update)

    2. Go ahead and do it (lol)

    3. Now connect your digital camera.

    In principle, it should work... Come on +

      Me neither, I had a version 6.56 or something like that, and now a version 6.60, but it still doesn't work!

      Put a small piece of aluminum foil on the gold connection of the PSP. This way, the gold contacts of the camera are well connected.
